Vexymail is an AI-powered email generation tool for real estate agents. You provide form inputs, we generate personalized email drafts using AI. You copy the email and send it yourself — we do not send emails on your behalf.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. One person per account — accounts cannot be shared across a team or brokerage unless you have a team plan.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start. After the trial ends, you must subscribe to continue generating emails.
Vexymail costs $49 per month, billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your Settings page. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
You own the emails generated by Vexymail. You are free to use, modify, and send them as you see fit. However, you are responsible for the content you send — Vexymail generates drafts, and you should review them before sending. We are not liable for any consequences of emails you choose to send.
Do not use Vexymail to generate spam, misleading content, or emails that violate any laws. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the AI prompts or abuse the API. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, AI provider outages, or other factors may cause temporary downtime. We will communicate planned downtime in advance when possible.
Vexymail is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any lost deals, missed leads, or other damages resulting from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
