When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, city, and state. When you generate emails, we store the form inputs you provide and the generated email text. We also collect usage data such as which features you use and when.
Your profile information personalizes the emails we generate for you. Your email generation history is stored so you can access recent emails from your dashboard. Usage data helps us improve the product. We never sell your data to third parties.
When you generate an email, the form data you enter and your profile information are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to create the email. Anthropic does not use your data to train their models. Generated emails are stored in our database so you can access them later.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment information.
We use PostHog to understand how people use Vexymail. This includes page views, feature usage, and anonymous session data. You can opt out of analytics by using a browser extension that blocks tracking scripts.
Your account data and email generation history are retained as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 90 days in case you return, then permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion by emailing us.
You can update or delete your profile information from the Settings page at any time. To delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us at support@vexymail.com.
